Welcome to Voyagea. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Voyagea.

1. Who We Are

Voyagea is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users generate itineraries, track visited countries, and manage a digital travel identity called a V-Passport. Voyagea is operated as an independent product. For questions, contact us at support@voyagea.co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Voyagea. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the service.

3. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

Voyagea uses artificial intelligence (powered by Google Gemini) to generate travel itineraries, budget estimates, visa information, activity suggestions, destination guides, and other travel-related content. All AI-generated content is for general informational and planning purposes only. It is not professional travel advice.

AI can make mistakes. The information generated by Voyagea may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Travel conditions, visa rules, prices, schedules, and requirements change frequently and without notice. Do not rely solely on Voyagea's responses when making real travel decisions.

You must independently verify all of the following before booking or travelling:

• Visa and entry requirements — Always check the official embassy or consulate website of your destination country. Visa rules for Indian passport holders change regularly.
• Flight prices and availability — Prices shown are estimates only. Book directly through airlines or authorised travel agents.
• Hotel and accommodation rates — Prices are indicative. Verify directly with the property or booking platform.
• Opening hours, attraction availability, and entry fees — These change seasonally and may differ from what Voyagea suggests.
• Travel advisories and safety conditions — Check your government's official travel advisory before visiting any destination.
• Health requirements — Vaccination requirements, travel health notices, and entry health conditions must be verified with official health authorities.
• Currency exchange rates and budget estimates — All cost estimates are approximate and may not reflect current exchange rates or local pricing.

Voyagea is not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or financial adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes professional travel, legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not book flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf, and we have no affiliation with or endorsement from any travel provider mentioned in AI-generated content.

Voyagea is not responsible for any loss, expense, inconvenience, or harm — including but not limited to denied visa, missed flights, incorrect bookings, financial loss, or travel disruptions — arising from reliance on AI-generated content on this platform.

4. V-Passport & Digital Identity

The V-Passport is a purely digital, cosmetic feature within the Voyagea platform. It is not a real passport, travel document, visa, or any form of official identification. It carries no legal status whatsoever and cannot be used for any travel, immigration, or identification purposes.

Passport tiers (Wanderer, Voyager, Nomad, Globetrotter, Pathfinder, Vanguard) are cosmetic designations based on self-reported travel data. Voyagea does not independently verify the accuracy of countries you add to your profile.

Vanguard Edition: The first 75 users to complete onboarding are eligible for the Vanguard Edition passport. This is a first-come, first-served cosmetic designation. Vanguard status is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for any service or benefit. Voyagea reserves the right to modify the Vanguard program at any time.

5. Communications & Promotional Emails

By creating a Voyagea account, you agree to receive communications from us, including:

• Transactional emails: Account verification, OTP codes, trip confirmations, and security alerts. These are essential and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
• Product updates: New features, improvements, and platform announcements.
• Promotional emails: Travel inspiration, special offers, partner deals, and Voyagea promotions.

You can unsubscribe from promotional and product update emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@voyagea.co. Transactional emails cannot be disabled without deleting your account.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Voyagea is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree not to create accounts using false information, impersonate others, or create multiple accounts to exploit the Vanguard system or any other feature.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Voyagea for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated itineraries or any platform content without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content through any input field.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempt to manipulate passport tiers or any other platform feature.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, code, copy, and features of Voyagea are the intellectual property of Voyagea and its creators. The "V-Passport" concept, tier system, and branding are proprietary. You may not replicate, copy, or use these assets without explicit written consent.

Trip itineraries you generate are yours to use for personal travel planning. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish AI-generated itineraries as your own original work.

9. Third-Party Services

Voyagea integrates with third-party services including Google Gemini (AI), Supabase (database and authentication), and mapping providers. Your use of these services through our platform is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Service Availability

Voyagea is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any disruption to your use of the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyagea and its creators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of money, revenue, or data resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
• Travel disruptions, missed connections, or booking errors.
• Incorrect visa, health, or entry requirement information generated by AI.
• Any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Service outages or interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of Voyagea after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Voyagea shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
